The item I ordered was not the solution to the problem I had.My fault entirely not theirs,but they told me to just send it back ,which I did , and they refunded me in full .No argument.Their support people also told me how to fix my problem.I should have asked them in the first place.A thoroughly excellent,approachable and decent company.

Macbook Thunderbolt to HDMI adapter ordered late Tuesday14th August and arrived Thursday AM 16th. Works perfectly. Super service. Why go Amazon!
