Over the past seven years I’ve ordered three items from FreeTV and returned one without the slightest problem.

The website is first-class. It includes detailed descriptions of every item and, uniquely, gives an honest assessment of the pros and cons of each. It provides numerous videos explaining the set-up and use of various devices. Other companies provide videos, but none in this quantity or level of detail.

Ordering is straightforward. Delivery is faultless. After-sales service is excellent.

FreeTV prioritises customer satisfaction and it shows at every level. It’s easily the best on-line company I’ve ever dealt with.

Very reliable company. Fast shipping and always ready to answer queries. Of course power cables and fittings can be bought on the Internet, but when safety and reliability of the product is important, freetv is the company I return to.
