Ordered saorview boxes and ariel kit on Sunday evening, had them Tuesday morning in Mayo. Super service & top quality products. Best service i have recieved from any company in a long time.

I have followed yor advice and am delighted to report that 'happy days are here again' and I can now record from the Triax to my faithful hdd/dvd recorder. It can also record from my Sky+ box now that I can no longer access the record function as a result of terminating my 10 year relationship with Sky.
I am very pleased with the way the economics of the changeover have worked out to date. My Sky+ service was costing me €324 per year(€27 x 12). I was hoping to provide myself with an equivalent free service by spending one year's rental but I doubted that this sum would cover it so I was prepared go beyond that figure if necessary.

So far I have spent €80 to have an UHF aerial installed as well as €171 to TVTrade for a Triax TR112 set top box and a 250 Gb hard disk drive for recording (so still within budget to the tune of €73) . This was delivered promptly on the day after I ordered it. While the official manual was a bit vague in places, the installation videos provided by TV Trade more than compensated for this. The third thing I like about their service is the honesty and transparency with which the products are described on the website. In my opinion it is very difficult for anyone who reads the pros and cons carefully to end up buying a product which is not suitable for purpose. Finally, and perhaps this is their greatest strength, if you are really stumped and you send them an e-mail outlining your problem, you generally receive a reply within the hour containing the solution. Well done to TVTrade for a very pioneering and customer friendly service.

Just placed my first order on the site. Really impressed with the site straight forward honest explanations and descriptions. Also noticed an aerial on the site for €47 same one €90 from Argos. Realised that I have been using the wrong aerial for my area by watching one of the tutorials. Keep up the good work.
