I'm a complete newcomer to satellite/aerial setup but I have just completed installing an aerial + dish + combo box in my new house. All the materials (bar a wall bracket I had lying around) came from tvtrade.ie. With your instruction videos (and the basic satellite meter) it meant I could do all of this by myself in an afternoon. The equipment seems very good, the results are excellent, crystal clear picture for both UHF and satellite feeds on the combo box. I just want to say thanks for a great service and quick delivery.
Had a problem with my Humax Foxsat HDR Receiver powering off at irregular intervals; after all diagnostic checks carried out and extensive research on the net revealed no solution, David at TvTrade immediately suggested aerial leads could be shorting out causing the receiver to power off. Disconnecting and reconnecting the leads solved the problem, relieving much frustration and the possibility of having to replace the unit if I had followed the inaccurate conclusions of so called 'experts' on the net.
Well done TvTrade - when you want the right answer, call in the REAL experts!!!!
