I bought a Sab Unix Sat HD receiver and was having difficulty setting it up. I e-mailed a few times and on each occasion they promptly came back and were most helpful. Delivery and packaging was also first class. Would deal again

Very fast service, TV remote worked ,no programming required. Only gripe I have is my email address and mobile number were boldly printed on the envelope, which I did not like. TVtrader should review this. Otherwise excellen service.

i bought a combi tv box from tv trade a few months ago and a fault occurred in the box lately- so i brought the box back to tv trade and before i could finish telling them what the problem was they put a new tv box in to my hand - now that is what you call GOOD after sales service., well done TV-Trade.,peter W kildare.
