I received the remote control very promptly. It arrived in a manila envelope; luckily it wasn’t damaged as there was no protection in the package. The remote control I received is different to the remote that is supplied with the ‘HB-1000S’ . It is compatible but lacks the feature of being programmable to control your tv.

Delighted with this company. Power supplies and iinputs and outputs and wattage and ohms and transformers can be confusing, but this company's staff took the time to get all the numbers from me to make sure I got the replacement parts I needed. Am already ordering again.
