I received the remote control very promptly. It arrived in a manila envelope; luckily it wasn’t damaged as there was no protection in the package. The remote control I received is different to the remote that is supplied with the ‘HB-1000S’ . It is compatible but lacks the feature of being programmable to control your tv.
