I have to say that FreeTV.ie and especially Brian, go far above and beyond the norm in customer service. As I stated previously, I got some very helpful advice from them on general TV & FTA related queries long before I ever purchased anything from them. What really shows their worth is, I had problems with an External Hard Drive I purchased from them just before Christmas, this was due to the older type of Combo receiver box I had and to my amazement They accepted the item back for Formatting and testing and returned it to me Free of Charge, I challenge anyone to find a similar type or any type of company giving that or anywhere near that quality of service. I would and will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and everyone. I would like to point out that 1. I live in Kerry.
2. I haven't now or ever had any personal connection to Brian, David or any employee or any of their family's. I am so far just a very happy and satisfied customer who has ordered other items from them, safe in the knowledge that what I ordered will "Do what it says on the Tin" and if not they will see it right. I am just sad that I don't live in their area so as to avail of more of their stock.

Service was great. They went out of their way to assure me that the SAB Android I HD was what I wanted. Received in a reasonable time frame, as located across the Atlantic. Would recommend them to a friend.
