Changing the Aspect Ratio
- Although the aspect ratio can be changed from the menu system, it if far easier to just use the 16:9 button on your remote to do so. This can be handy when there are certain programmes broadcast, that appear to have their 'sides' chopped off on your TV. There is nothing wrong with the box or your TV, it's just the way the programme was actually broadcast and it is actually the correct way to view that particular show but if you want to remove the 'chopped off' bits and stretch the picture to the full display, then you can use the 16:9 button in the remote control
Subtitles & Teletext
- The video above shows how to access both the old style teletext system and how to use the subtitles on the free TV combo receiver
