How to get Irish TV Channels on a Boat or Caravan

Ned asks;

I am looking for an aerial that will operate while at sea. I have spoken to one of your staff on the phone and was informed that a digital TV system may be the best option. The vessel operates on the east coast only (in the Arklow area). Could you please send me details of the products available.

  • Digital signal is stronger - easier to get it to work.

Which Transmitter(s) will I be using ?

  • If you go the Map of Irish Saorview TV transmitters
    • you will see the best choice for a boat off Arklow is either Kippure or 3 Rock
