- If Device Requires <=4.5a, This is OK. For Example, 20v ~ 4a, 20v ~ 3a, 20v ~ 2a etc..
- The Voltage Output MUST be 20Vdc But Amperage Can be Less Than or Equal to 4.5 Amps
