Due to the nature of dishes and the courier system, some minor / cosmetic damage can occur to edge of dishes during transport
This will generally not affect the functioning of the dish and if damage is minor / cosmetic, will not normally require a new / replacement dish being shipped

I got this to replace a rusted dish that came down in storm Brendan, it was next day delivery and arrived early, the quality of the new dish is excellent and there were no problems assembling and installing it. very pleased with the service from FreeTV.ie, well done guys.

I purchased this dish and wall bracket combo for my mothers house as she lives by the sea on the west coast of Ireland. The dish was exactly what I was looking for, the last dish that was erected by a "professional" was a sky type dish and had rotted away and fallen off the wall inside 18 months. This set up was easy to assemble and install, which I completed myself. Would recommend this product to anyone on the coast.

Very fast delivery and good tracking. Fitted it this afternoon and the holes in the bracket thankfully matched the original one. It was easy to fit up and I used a cheap meter and the satellite menu to get maximum signal. Perfect picture with the Quad LNB. I used star washers as adviced by a previous reviewer. The plastic arm and back plate appear very strong and since it doesn't corrode I won't have the problem of my old steel one. I can see the burren from here and get strong winds which I don't think will effect it.

Arrived on schedule, was a able to track delivery. Product is simple to assemble and fit to the bracket provided. Works perfectly and looks good as well. Had one question which was handled promptly. Very pleased with product and service.
