- Used primarily when a long CAT6 run of up to 50m is required
Advantages of 50m CAT6 Cable
- It's 50m length covers a very large CAT6 run
- CAT6 cables are backward compatible with older networks
- Terminated cables means you don't have to worry about fitting connectors
- It has pure copper cores for better signal & speeds over longer distances
Disadvantages of 50m CAT6 Cable
- May be too long for some jobs, might need to cut and add your own connector
- Copper clad aluminium cores are cheaper than pure copper
