Uses of 4x4 HDMI Matrix
- Is used to send up to 4 independent HDMI outputs up to 4 different TVs, hence 4x4 matrix
- Frequently used in pubs or clubs & sometimes in domestic setups
- For example to send outputs from Xbox One, PS4, Blu-Ray player & Sky HD Box
- To 4 different TVs to be controlled independently from a central location
- Used with receiver units to extend HDMI signal over CAT5e/6 (CAT6 is recommended)
